We accept refund or return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, please contact us first at info@pers.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging unless otherwise approved.

For certain low-value or damaged items, we may offer a partial or returnless refund (meaning you keep the item and still receive compensation).

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once approved.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
